The Board of Directors of ELK-Desa Resources Berhad is pleased to announce that a single tier final dividend of 3.5 sen per ordinary share in respect of the financial year ended 31 March 2018 will be recommended to the shareholders for approval at the forthcoming 29th Annual General Meeting of ELK-Desa Resources Berhad.

The entitlement date and date of payment in respect of the aforesaid final dividend will be determined and announced in due course.
