We refer to the previous announcements dated 15 July 2019, 19 July 2019 and 17 December 2021 made by ELK-Desa Resources Berhad (“ELK-Desa”) in relation to the 10-Years Medium Term Notes Programme of up to RM1.0 billion in nominal value (“MTN Programme”) via a special purpose vehicle, Premier Auto Assets Berhad (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise defined herein, capitalized terms used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as defined in the aforesaid Announcement.

The Board of Directors of ELK-Desa wish to inform that following the early redemption of all the outstanding MTNS in December 2021, the MTN Programme will be cancelled and terminated with effect on 03 June 2022.
