The Board of Directors of ELK-Desa Resources Berhad wishes to announce that an indirect wholly owned subsidiary company, ELK-Desa Furniture Marketing Sdn Bhd had on 28 June 2022 entered into a Sale and Purchase Agreement to acquire a piece of freehold industrial land together with buildings erected thereon from Zhongxin Realty Sdn Bhd, a private company which is owned by Mr. Teoh Hock Chai @ Tew Hock Chai, a director and major shareholder of ELK-Desa Resources Berhad, and his wife Khoo Cha Boo @ Khoo Siew Lee.
