Remarks :
This announcement supercedes the earlier announcement dated 22 May 2023 due to typographical error on the Entitlement Description. The Entitlement Description in respect of the dividend rate should be 3.50 Sen per ordinary share instead of 3.25 Sen per ordinary share and consistent with the amount stated in the Entitlement in Currency of the previous announcement. There is no change to other information.
