The Board of Directors of ELK-DESA wish to announce that the Company intends to seek its shareholders' approval for the proposed renewal of authority to purchase its own shares up to ten per centum (10%) of the total number of issued Shares ("Proposed Share Buy-Back") at the forthcoming Thirty-Fifth Annual General Meeting of ELK-DESA to be convened at a date, which will be notified later.
The Statement to Shareholders setting out the details of the Proposed Share Buy-Back will be issued to the shareholders of the Company together with the 2024 Annual Report in due course.
