Further to ELK-Desa Resources Berhad ("ELKDESA" or the "Company")'s announcement dated 13 February, 2015 in connection with the Members' Voluntary Winding-Up of ELK-Desa Development Sdn Bhd ("ELKDD"), a wholly-owned indirect subsidiary of the Company, the Board of Directors of ELKDESA wishes to announce that the Liquidator of ELKDD had convened the final meeting on 3 March 2016 to conclude the Members' Voluntary Winding-Up of ELKDD. A Return by Liquidator Relating to final meeting was lodged on 4 March, 2016 with the Companies Commission of Malaysia and the Official Receiver, and ELKDD will be dissolved on the expiration of three (3) months from 4 March, 2016. This announcement is dated 4 March, 2016.
