We refer to our announcement dated 10 March 2017 in relation to the Proposals. On behalf of the Board of Directors of ELK-Desa, Mercury Securities wishes to announce that an application has been submitted to Bursa Securities on even date to seek for a further extension of time until 1 July 2017 to issue the Circular. Further announcement will be made upon receipt of the decision from Bursa Securities. This announcement is dated 28 March 2017. |
