On behalf of the Board, Mercury Securities is pleased to announce that the Securities Commission Malaysia had via its letter dated 7 July 2017, approved the application submitted by Mercury Securities on behalf of THC and his PACs seeking an exemption from having to undertake a mandatory take-over offer in ELK-Desa under subparagraph 4.08(1)(b) of the Rules on Take-Overs, Mergers and Compulsory Acquisitions. This announcement is dated 7 July 2017. |
