Further to ELK-Desa Resources Berhad ("ELKDESA" or the "Company")'s announcement dated 15 July 2016 in connection with the Members' Voluntary Winding-Up of ELK-Desa Marketing Sdn Bhd ("EDM"), a wholly-owned indirect subsidiary of the Company, the Board of Directors of ELKDESA wishes to announce that the Liquidator of EDM had convened the final meeting on 5 December 2017 to conclude the Members' Voluntary Winding-Up of EDM. A Return by Liquidator relating to final meeting was lodged on 7 December, 2017 with the Companies Commission of Malaysia and the Official Receiver, and EDM will be dissolved on the expiration of three (3) months from 7 December, 2017. This announcement is dated 7 December, 2017.
