The Board of Directors of ELK-Desa Resources Berhad is pleased to announce that a single tier final dividend of 3.5 sen per ordinary share in respect of the financial year ended 31 March 2019 will be recommended to the shareholders for approval at the forthcoming 30th Annual General Meeting of ELK-Desa Resources Berhad.
