Pursuant to Paragraph 14.08 of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad Main Market Listing Requirements, ELK-Desa Resources Berhad (“the Company”) wishes to announce that it has received notification from Mr. Lim Keng Chin, a Director of ELK-Desa Capital Sdn Bhd, a major subsidiary of the Company, in relation to the proposed intention to deal in securities of the Company during closed period pending the announcement of the Company’s quarterly results for the quarter ended 30 September 2019.
